Where Healing Finds Its Light

Through trauma therapy, grief counseling, and ALS support, I help people of all ages and backgrounds find clarity and strength during life’s most challenging moments. Using evidence-based care and compassionate guidance, we’ll illuminate your path toward understanding, healing, and emotional balance.

Hi! I'm Joanna

I’m a therapist who believes healing begins with being truly seen and never judged. Before entering private practice, I worked in addiction treatment and with the Department of the Army, where I saw firsthand how often people turn to substances to cope with unprocessed trauma. That realization shaped the foundation of my work and pushed me to build a practice centered on trauma recovery, resilience, and whole-person healing.
